For 2WD and lighter 4WD vehicles (<1.5lbs) we recommend the Sidewinder Micro 2, and for heavier 4WD vehicles (<2.25lbs) the Mamba Micro X is recommended.The 0808 series motors delivers tremendous performance for an extremely affordable price.

The Mamba Micro X2 is a refresh of our popular 1:18 scale Mamba Micro X. This new ESC increases the maximum input voltage to 4s. We also added DATA LOGGING and our CRYO-DRIVE™ TECHNOLOGY; CryoDrive allows the ESC to run cooler and more efficiently at partial throttle. Like its predecessor, it is waterproof* and has SENSORED MOTOR SUPPORT (included 0808 is sensorless). This is the perfect upgrade for 1:18 scale RC vehicles, up to 3S LiPo and weighing in at up to 2.25lbs. Vehicles include: Traxxas Slash 4x4 1/16th, Losi Mini-T 2.0, Traxxas LaTrax Rally, Traxxas LaTrax Teton, Axial Yeti Jr. Important Product Update, 6/14/2023. The internal BEC is back! All Micro X2s made on or after June 2023 will again have the internal BEC. You can check the date of manufacture on the side of the ESC box or on the ESCs receiver wire.
